Site Visit & Inspection Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Site Visit & Inspection Services provided by The Blue Ribbon International, operating under the brand name Fabribbon (“Fabribbon”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Fabribbon provides PUF Panel material supply and installation/construction solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
The Site Visit & Inspection Service is a professional service intended to understand the customer's project requirements and assess the site before providing suitable project guidance and/or quotation.
The service may include:
Payment for the Site Visit & Inspection Service does not constitute an order for materials or installation/construction services.

Brand Name: Fabribbon
All payments and services provided through the Fabribbon website or authorised payment channels are provided by The Blue Ribbon International under the Fabribbon brand, unless otherwise stated.
The applicable Site Visit & Inspection fee will be displayed to the customer before payment.
The fee may vary depending on:
The customer must pay the applicable service fee in advance to confirm the inspection appointment.
The Site Visit & Inspection fee is a payment for a professional service.
Once the site inspection has been completed, the Site Visit & Inspection fee is non-refundable if the customer does not place an order with Fabribbon.
The customer acknowledges and accepts this condition before making the payment.
If the customer subsequently places a confirmed order with Fabribbon for PUF Panel material supply and/or installation/construction services, the eligible Site Visit & Inspection fee paid by the customer will be adjusted against the final project order and installation/construction amount, subject to the applicable quotation and order terms.
The adjustment is not an automatic cash refund.
Payment for the inspection does not guarantee:
Final pricing and project terms will be based on the actual project requirements and the quotation issued by Fabribbon.
The Site Visit & Inspection fee does not include material or transportation charges.

The customer must provide reasonable and safe access to the site for the inspection and measurement.
If the site cannot be accessed because of the customer's failure to provide access, incorrect location details or other customer-related circumstances, the inspection may need to be rescheduled.
The customer must provide accurate information regarding:
Fabribbon shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
The Site Visit & Inspection is based on the visible and accessible conditions of the site at the time of inspection.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the service does not include:
Customers who need to reschedule their inspection should inform Fabribbon as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to team availability and applicable travel/logistics considerations.
If the customer changes the project size, design, location, application or scope after the inspection, Fabribbon may revise the quotation accordingly.
Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be charged separately wherever applicable.
Any drawings, designs, measurements, quotations, calculations, proposals or other materials provided by Fabribbon remain the property of The Blue Ribbon International/Fabribbon unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fabribbon shall not be responsible for delays or inability to conduct an inspection caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural events, transportation issues, access restrictions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
